AIP Guacamole

When I first stumbled across an AIP guacamole recipe, I was skeptical. No tomatoes? No chiles? I did not think that the recipe would be worth my time. However, I am SO GLAD I decided to give it a go.

I can’t even count how many times I have made this guacamole recipe while completing AIP. The best part is that it’s super simple! After making it a couple times, I now have the recipe memorized and make sure I always have the ingredients on hand. Even after I finish AIP, this is a recipe I will keep using.

The Recipe

You can find the recipe in the image below. As you can see, it is fairly simple. Over time, I stopped using exact measurements and just eyed the recipe. Feel free to try it this way too. Especially if you want more of a specific flavor.

Not taking part in AIP but stumbled on this recipe? Try using it as a base recipe and add your own ingredients to it. I plan on experimenting with it once I have introduced specific foods back into my diet and know what my body reacts to. If you do, let me know how it went!

Tried the recipe and love it? Tried the recipe and hated it? Let me know in the comments below. I’m always open to feedback!
